Our Fees
We want to be clear and transparent about our fees, with a clear and concise pricing structure.
- Full Management - £300 admin and tenancy set up cost and £70 monthly fee
- Rent Collect - £300 admin and tenancy set up cost and £35 monthly fee
- Tenant Find - £500
